  • If you have prepaid for your notary bond online, please mail your completed notary application to the address listed below. We will file your prepaid notary application with the state and forward your supplies to you once you are approved as a notary.

  • If you prefer to pay by check, download and mail us your application, order form, and payment to the address listed below. Most supply orders placed online before noon Central Time (except for weekends and holidays) will be shipped by UPS the next business day. Please allow 2-5 days for shipping (view shipping information).

  • Use a work street address for faster delivery service by UPS. UPS tracking information for residential shipments is not guaranteed.
