Email or fax us a copy of the notary commission approval letter that you receive from the state to 1-800-721-2664 so we can prepare and ship your Florida notary supplies .
If you prefer to pay by check, mail us your completed Florida notary application, supply order form, and payment. We will review your application for accuracy and completeness before filing it with the state. We will
mail your supplies to you once you are approved as a Florida notary public.
