Mobile Notary Service travel fee: $0.75 per mile or $10.00 per hour

Acknowledgments - $ 10.00 Per Notarial act.

Affidavits - $ 10.00 Per Notarial act.

Jurats - $ 10.00 Per Notarial act.

verification of vehicle identification numbers - $ 75.00

RON and Other Notary Services will be handled on case by case basis.

A Florida notary public may charge the same fee as the clerk of the circuit court for solemnizing matrimony (performing a marriage ceremony); that fee is currently set at $30.

For notarial acts not specified under Part 1 (which would include the verification of vehicle identification numbers. safe-deposit box inventories, and protests), the law no longer specifies a maximum fee. However, fees charged should be reasonable and agreed to in advance.
